About Me
Thank you for showing interest in MCT!
I am excited to meet new clients looking for Therapy, and I welcome those looking to deepen insight into themselves. I am more invested in knowing about you! Seeing your perspectives and growth is far more valuable than anything about myself. I highly value my own self-preservation and remaining neutral and objective across sessions. Sessions remain exclusive to you, and I do not want clients to have any bias against who is sitting across from them. Therapy Sessions are to be about the individual, not the Therapist. To be yourself is something many do not do.
If you are curious about the professional me, you can find more on my Linkedin for more specific timeframes and roles. In general, my prior experience is from in-patient psychiatric facilities. I now exclusively work out-patient roles, mainly providing 1:1 Therapy. You can find more here *workplace disclosure page
If you are curious about the personal me, I will keep things limited. The most asked question I get is about my name. Pronounced Jelz-Vik. The G is silent. Where is it from? Norway. I am third-generation and hope to visit one day. In the meantime, NewEngland is my home, and I have been living and working across Maine-Mass-and NH. My current area of practice is in the Greater-Nashua NH area.
Being a Licensed Therapist has shown me so many walks of life. I have been on my own journey and feel privileged to be alongside yours.

Why Manta?
I love all things to do with conservation and animals. Our oceans are under threat more than ever, and I hope to donate and give back to these efforts. I am beyond grateful to have visited Maui Hawaii, and it changed my outlook on many things. From childhood nicknames, a play-on-words, much needed awareness, and all other generic names taken, I settled on Manta Clinical Therapy.
